This Privacy Policy explains how IT Hawks Services ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use EasyBilling (the "App").

  • Create and manage your account and shop data.
  • Enable app features such as sales, refunds, inventory, reporting and sync.
  • Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues and provide support.

  • App data is stored or processed using third-party cloud services, including Google Firebase/Firestore.
  • Data may be transmitted and stored on infrastructure outside your local device.
  • We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure or always available.

  • With service providers or sub-processors needed to run the App.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data loss, corruption or unavailability caused by third-party outages, connectivity issues, device actions or failures, or events outside our control.
